What Do You Eat For Breakfast?

Have you ever heard the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? I USUALLY eat a boiled egg and SOMETIMES I'll toast a piece of bread too. What do you USUALLY eat in the morning?
The English Student, www.theenglishstudent.com, theenglishstudent, english student blog, ESL blogs, adverbs of frequency, adverbs, difference between always and usually, breakfast around the world, what do people eat for breakfast, different breakfasts
Do you remember what the adverb USUALLY means? A couple of months ago, I posted a chart on adverbs of frequency to show the difference in meaning between  different adverbs (always, sometimes, usually, never). If you missed it, please click this link here. It's very helpful to see.

When we use adverbs of frequency, it's to show how often something happens. The adverb ALWAYS means 100% of the time and the adverb USUALLY is a bit less than ALWAYS. So in 100 days of breakfasts, I eat eggs 90 of those days. But if I ALWAYS eat eggs for breakfast then in 100 days of breakfast, I eat eggs 100 of those days.

Take a look here at some breakfast dishes from around the world. It's so interesting to see what people eat in different cultures!

Well I strongly believe that breakfast is one of the most important meals of your whole day. I would require that you should always have a good and happy breakfast right in the morning. Bake something nice and healthy for yourself or even wip something up quick. Well what ever it is be happy about it. Be proud. You could even put some music on and start dancing around the house. Love Yourself
